A normal discovery call usually helps scope the work. This is a more deliberate review designed to surface gaps, misalignment, and wasted effort in a way that gives you something genuinely useful to act on.

5. How is this usually priced?

Usually as a fixed-fee review based on the scope of what needs looking at. If the review leads to wider support, that would be scoped separately rather than folded in automatically.
